LMT, BCST website

Gisele Silva, LMT, BCST, is a teacher for Alchemical Alignment- Somatic Tools for Trauma Resolution and Embodiment of Spirit and an adjunct instructor for the Lancaster School of Psychodrama and Experiential Psychotherapies. She incorporates her extensive training in various bodywork modalities to bring healing and restoration to people who have suffered physical, emotional, mental, energetic and relational injuries and imprints.

In addition to holding the credential of Licensed Massage Therapist, she is certified as a Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist and an Alchemical Alignment practitioner and teacher assistant for advanced levels and recently brought Alchemical Alignment to her native country of Brazil. She is also an advanced student in Somatic Experiencing. Her work focuses on creating capacity in the body and nervous system to process any traumatic memory (imprint),

metabolize and integrate traumatic shock on the system, restoring the alignment in the body’s anatomy and physiology, which helps regenerates the body’s original potential. After spending almost three decades training and studying healing arts in both her native country of Brazil and the United States, she established her practice in Lancaster, Pa., in 2016. She has particularly worked with head trauma, including people who have suffered concussions, as well as those who have experienced pre-birth, birth, psychological and physical trauma.

Among her offerings are 1-1 sessions (in person and online), and teaching online and in-person classes. Learn more about Gisele here.

Training in Alchemical Alignment in 2019 under Brigit Viksnins, she began exploring the weaving of cosmic with the somatic. She also studied Polarity Therapy with Anna Chitty and Elizabeth Chitty-Sandoval, Reflexes with Kimberly Clark, Living Anatomy and Physiology with Gary Carter and Anne Stevens, Spirit Work with Andrea Bosbach Largent and Paulette Robinson, Karmic Constellations with Yael Eini, and more. Her practice has deepened and widened.

Allison has a 17 year old daughter and is currently living in Silver Spring, MD. She loves sacred play, exploring the depths of self and life with friends, drumming, dancing, toning, nature walks, driving, exploring, and adventuring. After receiving the life changing transmission and benefits from training in Alchemical Alignment continuously for the last 6 years, she is passionate about sharing it with others.

Allison is a certified Educator; an Intuitive, Somatic, Energy, and Spirit Practitioner; and Cosmic Channel. Allison is passionate about supporting her clients to meet life, including and especially its polarities and transitions with more ease, curiosity, and Self.

Beginning her practice in 2017 offering Dolores Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique and Quantum Healing, Allison's work emerged in the realms of expansive consciousness, non-ordinary states, spiritual awakening, starseed and galactic support, and psychedelic integration.

Kevin Platt

 Teacher, First Year
LMT

Personally, Kevin practices 5 Rhythms Dance and Contact Improvisation, which provide artful and consistent tides of (Co)regulation, yin/yang listening and emergence on the dance floor. He values the embodied and relational learning space held by dance community and weaves inspiration into his offerings of movement classes and bodywork, with Thai Massage being one of his mainstays.

Most recently, he is leaning more into his love of nature and music as he enters this next chapter of land stewardship and Biodynamic Learning.

It was a true blessing to be invited into Alchemical Alignment in 2020.  Since then, Kevin has retaken and assisted the first and second year trainings multiple times.  He resonates with the multi-disciplinary theory and practical nature of the training and is grateful for the opportunity to continue to learn and teach with the community.  Kevin looks forward to co-teaching the first year levels, come October.

Kevin Platt is a bodyworker, movement guide, and dancer. Professionally, he practices a blend of Therapeutic Bodywork and Somatic Inquiry with a strong focus on the breath. He enjoys teaching meditative movement through the vehicle of yoga and dance, incorporating themes from his physical rehab, breathwork and trauma resolution education.

Brigit Viksnins

 Founder, and Teacher, Second Year
MAT, SEP, RCST®, BCTMB, LMT

Brigit (pronoun fluid), an advanced bodyworker, is the creator of this school called Alchemical Alignment. She is also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, and Board Certified Massage Therapist. She has undergrad and graduate degrees from Georgetown University. Brigit has had a successful private bodywork/somatics practice in the Washington, DC/Piscataway/Nacotchtank area since 1996. She is a mother, stepmother, and grandmother as well.

Brigit (Brigita) is a first-generation Latvian American, from a lineage rich with healers, midwives, authors, and teachers.  Her parents and all childhood community adults fled their homeland during WWII, becoming refugee immigrant children under bombs and in Displaced Person's camps, on their way to exile in the USA. She has regularly traveled to post-Soviet Latvia to relate to the land, eat traditional foods, steep in the wisdom, arts and crafts of her ancestors, and also share her skills.

Brigit created a full body movement meditation -- latest videos recorded in the forest in Latvia -- called The Alignment Sequence, with permission based on movements from Aikido, Qi Gong, bodywork stretching, and her Latvian grandfather’s post-Siberian-deportation morning routine. It is helpful for people who want to move beyond old patterns into their Original and Potential Blueprints, and cultivate self-regulation, resilience, presence, and power.

Brigit taught Massage Therapy at PMTI in the 90's, is a few hours away from being an association-approved Biodynamic Craniosacral (BCST) teacher (well, tbh, it has been over a decade and hasn't happened), has assisted Somatic Experiencing (SE) trainings, and Body Into Being.

Since 2013, her devotion has been to Alchemical Alignment: Bodywork for Trauma Resolution and Embodiment of Spirit (see course feedback here). After facilitating fifteen cohorts of the First Year of the Alchemical Alignment program, Brigit now teaches the Second Year: the Death and Birth/Early Timeline Modules.

Brigit values continuing education highly, and not only teaches, but also participates regularly in short or in-depth training programs as a student or an assistant. Recently those include programs by Gary Roba (3 Circles), Ray Castellino and Anna Chitty (Body Into Being: PPN/BCST/SE/Polarity), Katherine Ukleja (post-grad BCST), Kain and Terrell (TST), Barral and Crobier (Neuromeningeal 1-5 and Visceral Osteopathic), Boxhall (BCST), van der Wal (Embryology), Upledger (CST), Barnes (MFR), Wanveer (Glia), Degranges (PPN/BCST/SE), Taussig (Distance Osteopathic), Bosbach Largent (Family Constellations Foundation, Norse Vala, Ancestral Mediumship), Esterman (Shadow Constellations), Eini (Karmic Constellations), Blackwell (Cosmic, Dark and Light Constellations), Bergstrom (Depo, Curse Unraveling), as well as regular ASD/ASU morning class Aikido training starting in 1991. Here is a list of some classes that have influenced her worldview. Brigit's private practice calendar is closed for now as she teaches, and supports the school programs.
